BodyHome
a 4-week group to reconnect with your body!
Join us in creating a sense of home with the one you’ve always lived with: your body.
Over four weeks together we’ll explore tools, experiential activities, and process space to reconnect with the home of your body.
Come home to your body!
Your body is your birthright. We all deserve to feel safety, care, and connection within our own physical form, yet so many of us have been pulled away from this natural state by life events, cultural messages, or other external circumstances. So much of the distress we experience in our bodies can get projected onto our bodies. When we feel uncomfortable emotions in our bodies we can end up thinking that our bodies are the problem.
The intention of this group is to provide you with rich space for reconnecting to what you and your body already know how to do: being one team. BodyHome is a cozy grounded space to explore your relationship to being with and being in your body. Together we’ll step into letting go of unhelpful narratives and moving through emotional blocks in order to reinhabit our bodies with greater ease, compassion, and connection.
Join us for an intimate group designed to support you to deepen your relationship with your body. This group presents an incredible opportunity to connect, learn, and grow with others who are interested in living in their bodies through the lens of home.
Reconnect to the forever home of your body this fall.

Zoe Vlastos, MA, LPC, psychotherapist, group facilitator, and owner of SolVida Psychotherapy & Connections.
Zoe is deeply passionate about supporting others to reconnect to a sense of home within themselves and their bodies. She has over a decade of personal and professional experience in eating disorder and body image recovery. Zoe loves to weave nature, creativity, and joy into everything she does, especially creating group spaces for connection, growth, and transformation. When she’s not supporting others on their journeys, Zoe can be found reading, writing, eating chocolate, jumping in mountain lakes, and spending as much time as possible in the outdoors with the people she loves.
