SoulJoy Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat
Rediscover your joy through grounding, play, and connection!
September 20th, 2025
9:30am-8:30pm
This full-day retreat is for women longing to reconnect with their inner-joy and groundedness through yoga, mindfulness, time in nature, and the support of sisterhood.
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life.”
- Mary Oliver
Our collective focus will be on reconnecting to our inner-joy. We will rediscovery the depths of joy within each of us by turning inward through meditation and yoga, moving through our blocks with emotion embodiment tools, sharing space with like-minded souls, engaging in creative and playful activities, and tuning into the wisdom of the natural world.
Join us in reconnecting to your child-like wonder and joy!
Escape your busy life for a day to find solitude, quiet, groundedness and time to connect with your inner self. Only 30 minutes from St. Louis, this quiet farm oasis feels a million miles away from the worries and stress of modern life.
“How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.”
- Annie Dillard

Where we will be:
Bask in the peaceful beauty of this private farm in Southern Illinois.
Honey Hills Farm and Barn is an oasis of midwestern charm. Private, calm, welcoming, and cozy! The modern farmhouse and vast barn are nestled into rolling hills and deep woods at the end of a private road on property that connects to the trail system in the 200 acre Stemler Cave Woods Nature Preserve. There are also a private inground pool and an outdoor shower. The reconstructed pre-civil war era barn has spaces for yoga, movement, and groups as well as the sheep, goats, and cats that live in the pastures.
