Disconnect to reconnect!

This backpacking trip provides space to disconnect from our busy technological lives to reconnect to ourselves and others in the raw beauty of nature.

This backpacking adventure is all about reconnecting with yourself - with your soul’s fire - through the natural challenges and joys of being in the wilderness. You’ll be led by two guides who are versed in the tandem flow of inner and outer journeys and who will support your unique journey with skills for mindfulness, awakening joy, deepening connection, and being deeply present in your life. Together we’ll discover the hidden-in-plain-sight lessons that the natural world generously offers us when we choose to spend time with ourselves and others in the great outdoors.

HIKE

5 days of hiking in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado with two experienced guides!

CAMP

4 nights of camping with beautiful views!

YOGA

Daily yoga sessions to reconnect to your body!

MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness practices for connecting to your soul!

This backpacking trip is a unique opportunity to explore internal and external landscapes with like-minded women of all ages. We will dive into mountain lakes and deep conversations, belly laughs and awe-inspiring views. We will support each other up mountain passes and in wondering about our big life questions. We will explore what it means for each of us to set our soul on fire both over the course of the trip and in everyday life. This trip is for you if you find yourself longing for adventure, connection, presence, and play!
